Participants are introduced to the art of truffle making, choose from a variety of fillings and ganaches, and proceed to create mouth-watering truffles. • Hands-on activities include inserting ganaches, applying the outer layer of chocolate, and scraping clean the surface of the mold • While the chocolate settles, participants take an in-depth look at the fascinating history of Jews and chocolate; the new 35ft screen and lighting rig add a great dimension to the presentation!
